About Immaculate Services

Jay and Hannah are the husband-and-wife team behind Immaculate Services, a friendly, family-run cleaning and garden services business built on trust, care and genuine relationships. Together, they provide internal and external cleaning as well as garden services, always aiming to leave every space not just spotless, but cared for.

They first met while volunteering at a local soup kitchen, something that still reflects their shared heart for people and community today. Jay, originally from Dublin, and Hannah, from Northamptonshire, made their home in Reading, where they have built strong connections and love being part of the local community. Outreach and supporting others continues to be a big part of who they are, which is why they proudly offer a charity and churches discount across all of their services.

The business became even more special to them after the birth of their first son, Reuben, when Hannah joined Immaculate Services. Since then, they have enjoyed working side by side, growing the business together while raising their family. Although they have welcomed a few wonderful team members along the way, Jay and Hannah have chosen to keep things small and personal, so they can really get to know their clients and offer a service people can truly trust.

They also love working with a close-knit team where everyone gets along, supports each other and enjoys the work they do.

Outside of work, Hannah loves art, dancing, spending time in the woods with their children and leading kids’ church. Jay enjoys playing pool, writing poetry and going to the cinema with friends. At the heart of everything they do is a shared love for family, community and serving others.

For Jay and Hannah, Immaculate Services is about more than just cleaning. It is about people, relationships and taking pride in making a difference in the places they care for.
